Alison Hinton

Children's Services Consultant

Over 30 years experience of working in health and social care settings, primarily children’s safeguarding. Providing safeguarding reviews, staff training, managerial coaching, consultancy, regulation 44s and strategic leadership to organisations and authorities throughout U.K.

Regulation 44 / Independent Monitoring Visits conducted by an independent inspector. The purpose of which is to ensure staff are properly looking after children & the home they live in is well managed.

consultancy

We offer consultations with children's homes managers to evaluate how we can best meet their needs. We can explore what you are doing well and where there is room for improvement.

training

We offer one-on-one managerial training courses in a variety of qualifications, in areas such as safeguarding, child neglect, multi-agency working, physical intervention & more.
